Vector illustrations are resolution independent and so can be scaled to any size without loss of quality. They are saved in EPS format which can be placed in documents without the need for any special software. However, if you have an application such as Adobe® Illustrator, you can amend and edit our original illustrations; change colours and keylines and even incorporate them into your own compositions. 

Our images can be used however you like from presentation documents to advertising campaigns without any additional fees for use once you have paid for the original download. Please see our Terms & Conditions for full details of the royalty free agreement.

Simple! You can pre-select illustrations and add them to your Lightbox and purchase them from there or you can simply buy and download the illustration. You can pay using PayPal or by credit or debit card using our secure payment facility provided by WorldPay. Once the payment has been processed, you can download the illustration immediately!

 We do offer a regularly updated selection of free images so, remember to keep checking the site! Our images are Royalty Free which means that we retain ownership and copyright of the image, but you can purchase the right to use them without paying additional royalty fees every time you use the image - hence royalty free.

 We have loads of illustrations which we are gradually adding to the library. If you need something in particular, let us know. We may have something on file which we can add for you or we may even be able to originate it for you.

 We try to make our search results specific to the item you may be looking for, but we also include associated keywords to help where inspiration might be needed! If you feel some of the keywords are wrong, please do contact us to let us know so we can make the necessary refinements.

 Simple! Just find the illustration you want and click on the version you need (small JPEG for documents, large JPEG or original vector EPS file for larger use or editing). Once you have selected your image(s), go to Checkout to review your purchase(s) then select your preferred payment method. Once payment has been completed, you will be able to download your image(s) immediately.

 You are allowed to download your purchased images once in order to prevent abuse. However, if you loose your image or it gets corrupted, simply use the link in your order details to request another download. You will then be able to download the images again.

Some download management software (such as Speed Download) does not follow the electronic instructions in the validation script that checks that images have been paid for before allowing the download. Please use the download linked file function in your web browser to ensure you get the images you have purchased. Don’t hesitate to contact us if you can’t solve the problem; we’re here to help!

Some un-archiving software has difficulty recognising the ZIP files our system creates. Try using an alternative application if possible. If you are still having problems, drop us a line and we will send you an uncompressed file.

 Sorry! Our system of uploading images is manual and we may, occasionally, make mistakes!. Don’t worry. Just contact us and we’ll send you the right image and amend the site straight away.

 Please let us know if you feel that we have got the cost of any illustration wrong. We want to provide you with excellent illustrations that you can afford to use without breaking the bank! Just drop us a line with the image reference and we will review the price for you.

No problem! For security, we don’t know your password so we can’t send you a reminder. However, if you do forget yours just send us a message and we will reset it for you. You will receive an email with the new password which you can then change again in your Account Settings once you have logged-in again. 

Our system converts purchases made from the UK and Europe into £ at the checkout in order to itemise the VAT element of the cost. Because of fluctuating exchange rates, all prices are listed in US$.
